Natalie Lawson, LMHC

My therapeutic style is warm, non-judgmental, and supportive so that you may express yourself openly and freely. I work with clients struggling with anxiety, stress from daily life, depression, and difficulties within relationships. My approach is warm, compassionate, respectful, and culturally sensitive. I believe all people are unique, experiential, and creative in their own thoughts and feelings.

I specialize in working with individuals and couples who wish to improve their lives. My interventions include a mix of cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic, mindfulness and person-centered depending on your unique needs. Together, we will work to uncover how your issues started, and explore ways to adapt and accomplish your goals. I will work alongside you as you start this journey of healing, processing, growing and much more!

I know that getting started with therapy can be daunting, but our office works to make the process as easy as possible! Please call or message today with any questions, or to schedule an appointment.

Natalie is a wonderful therapist. She's somehow both sensitive and to-the-point, allowing me the space to explore my feelings and where they come from, but also giving me pragmatic, takeaway coping habits to deal with stressors in my regular life. Would highly recommend Natalie
