Diana Nikkhah, LMSW

I offer a compassionate, client-centered approach dedicated to fostering personal growth and empowerment. With specialized training in sex therapy, I assist individuals and couples in navigating a wide array of sexual and relationship challenges. My foremost goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can openly explore their aspirations and concerns.

My expertise extends to gender-related issues, as well as kink and non-monogamous relationship dynamics. I tailor treatment to meet each client’s unique needs, drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities including CBT, mindfulness, solution-focused, and psychodynamic approaches.

I take an integrative approach, carefully selecting the most appropriate modality or modalities based on the client’s symptoms and treatment objectives. I prioritize addressing behavioral habits and interventions, before delving into deeper psychodynamic themes, attachment wounds, and coping mechanisms.
My aim is to provide you with comprehensive, personalized care that supports your journey towards healing and self-discovery.
