Healing is a deeply personal journey, one that unfolds with patience, compassion, and courage. There is no finish line, only continued growth and learning, one day at a time. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, you are not alone, and reaching out is a powerful first step.
Many of my clients come to therapy seeking balance in their lives. Some are caught in cycles of overthinking, struggling with self-connection, or working to rebuild trust and strengthen relationships. Others are healing from past trauma, processing grief, or learning how to fully accept and care for themselves. Whatever brings you here, your experience is valid, and support is within reach.
I draw from Person-Centered Therapy, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Attachment-Based Psychotherapy, and Schema Therapy frameworks, and incorporate effective behavioral tools from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support emotional regulation, insight-building, and present-moment awareness.
In our work together, we’ll focus on understanding your story, identifying what’s no longer serving you, and finding meaningful tools to help you move forward. I work with adult individuals and couples.
