Yana Elbert, LMHC
My therapeutic style is warm, non-judgmental, and supportive so that you may express yourself openly and freely. I work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, low self esteem, transitions, grief, and relationship and career issues. In addition to my work with individuals, I also provide relationship and couples therapy.
Depending on your needs and goals, I utilize Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness techniques. I view therapy as a collaborative process where the journey towards healing can take place. Together, we will explore the issues in your life, draw upon your strengths, and help you learn new skills to empower you to make healthy choices and achieve the results you seek.
My approach enables you to feel truly understood and empowered to begin to work toward meeting your needs and fulfilling your goals. Often, taking the first step to reach out can be one of the most difficult. Please call or message our office today with any questions, or to schedule an appointment!
