I strive to create a safe, honest space, free of judgement and criticism, where I can help my clients walk their unique healing journey. I have experience working with individuals of all ages and from different cultural backgrounds, as well as those who identify as LGBTQ. I also work with couples and families. I help individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship concerns.

I take a holistic treatment approach and utilize an eclectic mix of modalities, including Mindfulness practices, Gestalt Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Somatic Therapy, and creative therapies. I trained at the Gestalt Institute and utilize the knowledge I learned there to help clients who have experienced severe trauma by helping them better understand how they relate to the world and how to live in the moment.
