Ruth Habbouch, MHC-LP

My therapeutic style is warm, non-judgmental, and supportive so that you may express yourself openly and freely. I work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, transitions, grief, and relationship and career issues.

Depending on your needs and goals, I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT),  Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and Gestalt therapy techniques. I view therapy as a collaborative process where the journey towards healing can take place. Together, we will explore the issues in your life, draw upon your strengths, and help you learn new skills to empower you to make healthy choices and achieve the results you seek.

My approach enables you to feel understood and empowered to begin to work toward meeting your needs and fulfilling your goals. Often, taking the first step to reaching out can be one of the most difficult. Please call or message our office today with any questions, or to schedule an appointment!
