If you’re here because something doesn’t feel right, you’re in the right place. Maybe your thoughts feel overwhelming or hard to quiet, or you find yourself going through the motions while feeling disconnected underneath. You might be carrying anxiety, navigating a loss, struggling with panic, or trying to make sense of patterns that feel difficult to break. Whatever brought you here, it can feel exhausting to hold it all on your own.

Many of the challenges people face don’t always look the way they expect. Anxiety can show up as constant tension or overthinking. Grief and loss can feel unpredictable, coming in waves when you least expect it. Panic can feel sudden and intense, leaving you unsure of how to regain control. Addiction or unhealthy coping patterns can develop as a way to manage pain, even when they begin to create more of it. Underneath all of this is often a need for support, understanding, and a space where you don’t have to navigate it alone.

I work with teens and adults who are moving through anxiety, grief and loss, panic, addiction, and life transitions. My approach is thoughtful, compassionate, and tailored to each person I work with. I focus on helping clients better understand their experiences, build healthier ways of coping, and begin to shift patterns that no longer serve them. Drawing from approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness, my goal is to help clients feel more grounded, more steady, and more connected to themselves.

I have spent over 20 years providing compassionate and client-centered mental health care to teens and adults across New York. Reaching out can feel difficult, especially if you’re used to handling things on your own or aren’t sure what support will look like. You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting. Therapy can be a place to slow down, process what you’ve been carrying, and begin to move forward in a way that feels more manageable. When you’re ready, I am here to support you.
