Maybe your mind rarely feels quiet. Even in moments meant for rest, you find yourself replaying conversations, bracing for what might go wrong, or mentally running through everything you need to manage. You might look completely put together on the outside while privately feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, or disconnected from the people and life around you. If that sounds familiar, you are not alone, and you don’t have to keep pushing through it by yourself.
Some people come to therapy carrying the weight of anxiety and burnout that has built up quietly over time. Others arrive feeling stuck in relationship patterns they can’t seem to break, whether that looks like saying yes when you mean no, struggling to ask for what you need, or feeling anxious and unsure in your closest relationships. These patterns often make complete sense when you understand where they came from. And with the right support, they can change.
My approach is warm, thoughtful, and practical.
I bring together cognitive behavioral therapy with insight-oriented and relational work, so we are not just talking about how you feel but actually understanding why these patterns developed and building real, lasting tools to shift them. Together we work toward helping you feel calmer, more grounded, more connected, and more confident in how you move through your day and your relationships.
Therapy is not about becoming a different person. It is about coming back to yourself. Creating space to understand your own patterns, feel more emotionally balanced, and build the kind of inner steadiness that allows you to face life’s challenges with greater clarity and ease.
I offer online therapy across New York State with daytime and evening appointments available throughout the week. Whenever you feel ready, I am here.

More About Me
Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time with my family and my dog, being outdoors, and taking time to recharge and stay grounded. I am also an avid reader and find that books have a way of opening up new perspectives, sparking curiosity, and deepening my understanding of people and the world in ways that quietly enrich my work as well. I value balance, connection, and creating space for the people, the stories, and the moments that matter most outside of work.
What Others are Saying
My time at Peaceful Way Psychology has been incredibly valuable. Jaclyn is an insightful, compassionate therapist who creates a space where it’s easy to be honest and do meaningful work.
I’ve left our sessions feeling clearer, more grounded, and better equipped to handle what’s in front of me. I’d recommend her and the practice without hesitation.
