Some things stay with us longer than we expect. A loss that still catches you off guard. A relationship that left a mark. Patterns you keep finding yourself in, wondering how you got here again. Or simply the quiet weight of having carried so much, for so long, mostly on your own.

You might feel emotionally exhausted in ways that are hard to put into words. Maybe you struggle with anxiety, trust, or feeling truly close to the people in your life. Maybe something from your past still shapes how you show up today, in your relationships, in how you see yourself, in how safe the world feels to you. Whatever brought you here, you don’t have to keep navigating it alone.

I work with people who are processing trauma, grief, and loss, working through the lasting impact of painful relationships or difficult life experiences, or trying to find their footing again after a major transition or change. I also provide LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy and deeply value creating a space where every client feels fully seen, respected, and welcomed exactly as they are.

My approach is warm, relational, and rooted in genuine curiosity about who you are and how you came to be this way. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), psychodynamic, and attachment-based therapy, alongside practical tools from CBT and DBT, to help you better understand yourself, process what you’ve been through, and build relationships that feel safer and more connected.

Therapy isn’t about fixing you. There is nothing broken here. It’s about creating room to understand your own story more clearly, tend to the places that still hurt, and move through your life with more steadiness, self-compassion, and ease. I offer online therapy across New York State and provide sessions in English, Polish, and German.

Outside of sessions, you’ll find me on my bike, out in nature, or somewhere new, exploring a different city, culture, or corner of the world. Traveling and experiencing different places and perspectives is something that genuinely fills me up. And when I’m not on the move, I value the quieter moments just as much, a long walk, a good book, or simply slowing down enough to actually be present in the day. These are the things I come back to when I need to recharge, and they remind me why that kind of balance matters so much, in and out of the therapy room.
