Jamie Frankenberg, LCSW

I strive to offer a safe, comfortable, and supportive space for individuals who are experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, difficulty adjusting to life transitions, grief, and relationship difficulties.

I incorporate techniques from Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness-based therapies as I tailor my approach to meet your individual needs. As we work together, I can help you gain insight about thought and behavior patterns impacting your life. Together, we identify and explore your limiting beliefs, so that you change negative thought patterns and learn new coping skills.

With a warm, compassionate and non-judgmental attitude, I support you as you explore who you are and what you want, so that you can create the life you want to live. Life can be hard, but it is often during these confusing, painful moments that you find the greatest opportunities for growth. Please call or message our office today with any questions, or to schedule your first appointment. I look forward to speaking with you!
