Jacklyn Rukaj, Psy.D.

As a therapist, my goal is to create a safe and supportive environment for individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, stress, life transitional issues, interpersonal concerns, cultural and identity concerns. I also work with couples struggling with relational difficulties. My goal is to provide both individuals and couples with an environment where they can process their past and present, identify goals for the future, and build skills and techniques to fulfill these goals.

As a postdoctoral psychology resident, I am highly trained in a variety of approaches, and I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and a Humanistic approach depending on each client’s unique and individual needs.

I know that taking the first steps toward starting therapy and getting help can often be the most difficult. My goal is to help make this process feel as comfortable and easy for you as possible, while also empowering you to feel your best. Please call or message our office today with any questions, or to schedule an appointment.
