Jacklyn Rukaj, Psy.D.

Whether you are feeling anxious, depressed, or ‘stuck’ trying to navigate a difficult life transition, I am here to provide you with a safe space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. Together, we will identify the areas in your life that are holding you back, and work to identify goals and strategies for moving forward.

I work with both individuals and couples.  As a postdoctoral psychology resident, I am highly trained and use a holistic approach, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and a Humanistic approach to help you attain emotional well-being, improve your interpersonal relationships, and develop coping skills.

Starting therapy can be overwhelming. My goal is to help make this process as easy for you as possible, while also empowering you to feel your best. Please call or message our office today with any questions, or to schedule an appointment.
