I work with both individuals and couples. As a postdoctoral psychology resident, I am highly trained and use a holistic approach, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and a Humanistic approach to help you attain emotional well-being, improve your interpersonal relationships, and develop coping skills.
