Dana Levinson, LMSW

Navigating life’s obstacles can be overwhelming. I work with adults of all ages dealing with anxiety and depression, low self-esteem, interpersonal conflicts, and grief. My goal as a therapist is to provide you with a safe and nonjudgmental space where we can have an open conversation, delve into difficult issues, and help you to improve and develop your most effective coping skills.

My therapeutic approach is holistic and individualized. Throughout the course of our time together, I will tailor our work to meet your specific needs. I am trained in a variety of therapeutic modalities and will apply the most appropriate approaches to help you accomplish your goals. Some common techniques I use include Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

Finding a good therapist ‘fit’ can be difficult, but taking the first step toward a healthier, happier you is worth it. Please call or message our office today with any questions, or to schedule an appointment. I look forward to helping you to become your best self.
