With an eclectic and holistic therapeutic orientation, I can bring culturally sensitive Adlerian Therapy and Family Systems therapy to increase awareness of stressors, negative thought patterns, and self-destructive behavior. At the same time, I help you adopt a more positive mindset that produces the desired changes that lead to a more fulfilling life.
